About Newton’s Sourdough…

I am a chef by trade at Cockhaven Arms in Bishopsteignton were I make the sourdough, I use West Country flour and ingredients at much as possible.
I have been making sourdough for the last 6 year’s and doing a stall for the last 2 years.
All my sourdough is hand made and takes at least 48 hours to make, I make 4 core flavours of sourdough (white, granary, cheese & sesame), also make flavoured focaccia, baguettes, rolls and seasonal flavours my favourite is wild garlic, I also make sausage roll which sold out of at least year’s show.
