About the show…
Lustleigh Dog Show is one of the most popular events in the show calendar, with crowds gathering as soon as the gates open to enter their dogs.
Enjoy our three large rings, where you can bring your prize pooch, or just cheer on the fabulous four-legged friends taking to the show ring in one of the 14 classes that we host.

Ring 1 – Family Dog Show Starts 11.00 am
Come and enter our fun family dog show on the day. Classes to suit all with the winner in each class invited to compete for the best in show
Entry is just £1 per dog per class. Rosettes to 4th place. CASH only please.

Ring 2 – Agility Starts 11.00 am
We are delighted to welcome back local members of LEADS Agility Club with their very popular Dog Agility display to this years show. It’s pretty noisy so I’m sure you will hear them!
Dog Agility is fun for adults & children and this is your chance to have a go!
11.00 am – We are delighted to welcome back local members of LEADS Agility Club who this year will be carrying out two different types of demonstration.
11.00 am – They will be doing some Trick Training. They will demonstrate some tricks you can teach your dogs at home and will show that Agility is just teaching your dogs some tricks. Does your dog have a great trick? This demonstration will be followed by a chance for you to show us what your dog can do with a competition to pick the best dog trick!
1.30 pm – The team will do their very popular Agility demonstration with dogs from small to large and show what fun you can have with your dog. This will be followed by a chance to have a go with your dog where you could win a rosette! Its great fun so come and take part.
Bring your dog, a sense of humour and have some fun. Just a £1 to enter. CASH only please.
Ring 3 – Gundog Scurry Starts 11.30 am
If your dog likes to retrieve, then this could be the place for you! Your dog doesn’t need to be a gundog – just enthusiastic. Demonstrations 11.30 & 2.00 each followed by the opportunity to let your dog have a go. Just a £1 to enter. Adults & children will all enjoy having a go. CASH only please.
There are five memory retrieves using training dummies and tennis balls hidden in cover – maybe in water or behind a fence. The dogs love it, spectators love it and you could win the coveted “Mike Davies Trophy” for the fastest round.
