About the Guildable Manor…
We specialise in rare breed meats, salt marsh lamb, hunted wild boar and venison, crown beef and a seasonal special. We also have vegetarian and vegan options, please see menu for full recipes. These are all served in artisan bread with handmade coleslaw and baby leaf salad.
We have designed the sauces to compliment the fillings, so help yourself to our handmade sauces such as harissa, salsa verde, aioli , sweet chilli jam and many more.
