Bacchus and Hops is a company born from a life-changing quest: to discover a refined and refreshing way to enjoy a jolly good drink – free from alcohol. Amidst majestic Dartmoor, we took a charming custom-converted horsebox and opened up the hatches! We were quickly sparked by the desire to find premium alcohol-free drinks that didn’t compromise on quality or experience. What began as a simple search, quickly unfolded into one full-bodied adventure through vineyards and breweries, to uncover the craftsmanship behind exceptional alcohol-free drinks.
Today, Bacchus and Hops proudly curate a thoughtful selection of great-tasting wines, beers, and spirit alternatives that celebrate the joy of choice, without the need for alcohol. Note that none of our products exceed (0.5% ABV).
From premium wines and craft beers, to smooth whisky alternatives and botanical cocktails, drinking alcohol-free does not mean sacrificing flavour and style. In addition to selling AF drinks by the glass, (we serve our drinks using Vegware, a plant-based recyclable product), we also offer the opportunity for our customers to purchase our curated selection of wines by the bottle. As part of our portfolio of quality AF offerings, we also sell drinks that children (and adults) love: examples include delicious and healthy bottled French Fruit nectars and a delightful sparkling red grape juice.
We have earned a 5-rating for Health & Hygiene (West Devon Borough Council) and with our ramp hatch, make sure to be able to accommodate those who are differently-abled.
