Lustleigh Home Guard (1944) Rifle Club

The Lustleigh (Home Guard 1944) Rifle Club, to give it’s full name, traces its origins back to 1944 and continues unbroken to this day.

Not many people realise that the length of the main room of the new Village Hall (built 2005) is designed to meet the requirements of the National Small-bore Rifle Association to permit Competition Shooting. (The width is designed to fit the staging units)

Lustleigh Show are proud to be able to contribute further towards the upkeep of club equipment, specifically for the replacement of the Linatex rubber curtains which is used to capture the shot after passing through the target.
