The Village Hall – Lustleigh
Most, if not all, village activities sooner or later use the Village Hall for one purpose or another with the basic facilities such as water, heating & lighting provided without thought as to their source.

Velux Windows…
During the year, it additionally became apparent that the operating mechanism for the blinds to the Velux windows was becoming increasingly difficult to operate, so the decision was made to replace this mechanism with a newly released solar-powered mechanism developed by Velux.

At the beginning of 2023, it became apparent that the exterior surrounds to the large windows of the main hall were in part rotten and would require complete replacement.
These works were deferred to the summer months and the decision was made to replace this soft wood with hard wood, in order to better withstand the ravages of time.
